It is expected for each club member or participant to know the club rules prior to fishing a tournament with SUBA. If there is a rule change or addition for a specific tournament; it will be announced at the meeting before launch.  Ignorance of the rules is not a defense for violation of the rules.  Club officials shall apply penalties for rule infractions as they see fit.  All decisions are final.  

***No club officials are paid.  They are all volunteers.   Disrespecting club officials while operating in their official capacity will result in disqualification and/or removal from the club.
